Pharmaceutical work carries a documentation burden that most industrial jobs do not. The install is the easy part; proving what you installed, and that it does what the specification said, is where projects run long.
We plan for that from the start — as-built drawings, test records and handover packs produced as the work happens rather than reconstructed afterwards.
What matters on pharmaceutical sites
- Documentation is the deliverable — an install without records is an install that has to be done again.
- Cleanroom access is restricted — gowning, materials in and out, and work scheduled around classified-area protocols.
- Change control is real — modifications need to be planned, approved and recorded, not improvised on the day.
- Environmental monitoring cannot drop out — controls, alarms and data logging have to keep running through the works.
