The challenge
A new food-production and office facility needed a full electrical and communications fit-out — from incoming mains through to final fit-off — coordinated with every other trade and with the authorities having jurisdiction.
Our approach
Mobile Automation delivered the whole electrical and comms package and coordinated closely with the builder and other services, staging works and rectification around the construction sequence.
Scope of works
- Mains, sub-mains and switchboards; power; and internal and external lighting with lighting control (including sensors at doorways)
- Data and communications cabling, and coordinated sub-mains to the air-conditioning, fire, security and hydraulic switchboards
- Heat-trace, exit and emergency lighting, fire-rated penetrations, and staged fit-off across office, locker-room and kitchen areas
- Commissioning, testing and certification with the relevant authorities
