Our Clients

CSIRO Manufacturing Business Unit and Engineering Services engaged Mobile Electrics Automation to provide us with an automation solution for a high throughput synthetic biology laboratory. CSIRO had purchased a furnace and an ABB robot when Mobile Electrics Automation came on board. The scope of the project included developing and installing a control system to integrate the furnace with the robot (robot is used to load and unload samples from the furnace), integrating safety systems, developing a user-friendly interface software, providing risk assessments and user manuals and training end users.

We built up an excellent working relationship with Mobile Electrics Automation and they spent sufficient time with our research staff and project managers to understand the process including future requirements and a number of solutions were discussed. The system that was developed meets our current requirements and caters for some scenarios that we may need in the future. The advice and solutions put forward by Mobile Electrics Automation were based on our requirements and not based on promoting a technology or a product. We found the staff to be experienced, skilled and very professional.
