AFL Tipping Terms and Conditions
You should read these Conditions of Entry carefully. Information regarding prizes and how to enter form part of these conditions. Mobile Automation is a trading name of Mobile Electrics PTY LTD. It is a condition of signing up to the Footy Tipping Competition that you agree to these terms by clicking the “I Agree with Terms and Conditions” check box. Entrants should go to www.mobileautomation.com.au and follow the links to the Footy Tipping page for more information on how to play and associated rules.
HOW TO ENTER
To be part of the Mobile Automation AFL Footy Tipping Competition you must an employee of Mobile Electrics or be a customer or a potential customer of Mobile Electrics PTY LTD. To enter you must register your details online and submit your footy tips online each week before the specified cut-off time. Mobile Electrics PTY LTD has the right to limit the amount of entrants from one company.
Mobile Electrics PTY LTD reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Mobile Electrics PTY LTD reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
PRIZES
No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, Mobile Electrics Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Mobile Electrics PTY LTD accepts no responsibility for loss of prizes in transit. Mobile Electrics PTY LTD makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, Mobile Electrics PTY LTD is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by Mobile Electrics PTY LTD, or its agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner. This clause does not effect, and is not intended to effect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
End of season prizes
Three (3) end of season prizes are available to be won:
- 1st prize $1000
- 2nd prize $500
- 3rd prize $250
In the event of a tie for the end of season major prizes Mobile Electrics will conduct a finals competition for those in the tied position. In the event that multiply tippers are still tied the prize money will be split between the tied entrants.
Major prize must be claimed within two (2) week of competition closing. If the major prize remains unclaimed by that date or the winner cannot take the prize, that winner's entry will be deemed invalid and Mobile Electrics PTY LTD reserves the right to distribute that prize to the person who is second as per the rules of the competition on the Mobile Automation Footy Tipping website.
Weekly prizes
1 x $50 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card
The weekly winner is chosen as per the rules on the Mobile Automation Footy Tipping website.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by phone, email, and/or mail within one week
DURATION
Competition commences Round 1 of 25 March 2011 and closes Round 24 on 4 September 2011.
PRIVACY
By registering your details you consent to your personal details being used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to being mailed or emailed promotional information, and being contacted by a representative from Mobile Electrics PTY LTD. You may contact us at any time and request your personal information or ask us to no longer use your personal information for marketing. The information you have provided will NOT be disclosed to a third party without your consent. We will take all steps possible to ensure your privacy is protected.
